We have many packages available to assist you and will explain what you need based on your circumstances. Its possible that you require a basic company formation, and a Registered Office which is available in our location.

Many of our clients are sole traders who want to convert to a limited company. That’s something we can assist with too. In some cases you may need us to sit in the Company Secretary seat for you as every company is required to have a Director and a separate Secretary.  We assist clients from all over the world. Most clients outside Ireland choose from Non-Resident packages because the Premium Non-Resident Package includes Tax Registration with Revenue.

Should I outsource my registered office?
Outsourcing your registered office is a very good idea if you do not want it to be publicly available on the Companies Registrations Office. If you outsource your registered office to Irish Formations we will process and scan any post that comes in and get it emailed out to you same day. An annual charge of €240.00+VAT applies to the registered office or you can take it weekly for €40.00+VAT per month.

Every Irish Company is required to appoint a Company Secretary. We can appoint a Nominee Secretary for €240.00 per year. The Secretary is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the company and that filings are made on time to the CRO and to Revenue.

Do I need a Non-Resident Bond?
If you do not have a Director living in the Economic Area, you will require a Section 137 Bond for your business. The premium for the bond is paid every 2 years, and at the point of incorporation. The European Economic Area is made up of the 28 member states of the EU, (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, & Sweden plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

Should I register for Tax?
A Certified Tax Advisor can assist you in your compliance requirements for VAT and Tax. You can discuss this with our Certified Tax Advisor. Just ask us to put you in contact with someone.

Do I need an Accountant Immediately?
Once your company is incorporated it is advisable to appoint an Accountant in Ireland. Just ask us to set up a meeting for you.

What about a Trading Address?
There are two addresses listed on the A1 application to incorporate the company, and on a Tax registration form. Firstly, the registered office address, and secondly the trading address or the central point of administration.
