New Company Formation Packages
Irish Formations have introduced a selection of new company formation packages for non-residents. Traditionally we have offered a basic standard and premium package only to our clients living in Ireland, and are now offering these to Non-Residents. This gives you much more choice when incorporating as you may not require all the services of the Premium Package, so the Basic or Standard package may do for your company formation in Ireland.
The Premium Non-Resident Package offers the most value as the work can mostly be completed by the same agent here in the office. Completing all the work of the company formation, the Tax registrations, and first annual return in one go creates efficiencies for us, and can save you up to €300.00+VAT if you were to take the basic package and then take the individual services on their own thereafter.
The extra services are the ones that you need to decide on also. We will break them down to assist you here.
The Registered Office Address
Every company in Ireland is required to have a statutory registered office address within the state. The registered office is stated on the Company Formation documentation and listed publicly on the Companies Registrations Office register of companies.
The Trading Address
The trading address is also stated on the Application to form a company. This address is where the central administration of the company is completed and separate to the registered office address.
Nominee Secretary
Every company is required to have a separate Secretary to the Director in an Irish company. The Secretary does not need to live in Ireland, and can be another company. Its advised that you should not have the company as a Secretary, one Director, and the same person signing for another entity as Secretary, as it will not be possible to file the First annual return with the same signatures for Director and Secretary.
Non Resident Bond
The non Resident Bond is only required if you do not have a Director living in the European Economic Area. Nationality is not taken into consideration, its about where the Directors reside.
Register of beneficial owners.
Every company is required to register on the RBO (Register of beneficial owners) The registration must be made within 5 months of the date of incorporation of the company and in most cases is required to be completed before opening a bank account.
