New businesses that are not yet set up and are hoping to take advantage of the 0% Corporation Tax for the first three years are running out of time to avail of this facility. The programme which has certain limits runs out on 31st December 2011.  The full documentation required to incorporate your company needs to be received by the CRO on or before the latest date and so we would
strongly advice that the incorporation process be started as soon as possible. The CRO have released their deadlines for Christmas 2011 for incorporation’s, change of name registrations, and company name reservations. The CRO cannot guarantee that submissions received after the dates set out below will be processed before the Christmas break.
